For orders outside the European Union, the purchaser may incur additional import duties and customs charges. These are levied at the port of ingress and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
You'll receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.
Delivery times for Europe can be anywhere between 5 and 10 working days. For worldwide deliveries, this can be between 10 and 15 working days. We appreciate that this may seem a long time, but in life, good things come to those who wait! You'll not regret it, and you’ll have something wonderful to look forward to!
Delivery will be made by your local post office.
We have a 100 % satisfaction guarantee so, if for any reason, you're not happy with your item, you’re welcome to return it, in its original state, within 30 days of the order.
Refunds will be credited to the account used for your original method of payment.

As all our products are handmade and produced in very limited quantities, we can't accept exchanges. For exchanges, return the item, receive a refund, and make a new purchase.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your goods have not already been dispatched, we will cancel your order and process a refund.
In cases where the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods to us, in order that we can process a refund.
The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this case.
